These Terms of Service govern your use of dekmake.com, operated by Shenzhen DEK Manufacturing Co., Ltd (“DEK”, “we”, “us”), and the way quote requests sent through the website are handled. By using the website or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that company.

Use of the Website

You may browse the website and use its forms to contact us, request quotations and send technical files. You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of export control or sanctions laws;
• upload files containing malware, or files you do not have the right to share;
• send spam, automated requests or false information through the forms;
• try to access non-public areas of the website, interfere with its operation or overload it, including through automated scraping;
• copy or reuse the website content in a way that breaches the section “DEK Content” below.

We may block access or delete submissions that breach these rules.

Information on the Website

Technical content on the website, including capabilities, tolerances, materials, finishes, lead times and articles, is provided for general information. Achievable results depend on the part geometry, material, quantity and specification, and are confirmed for each project in our quotation. Nothing on the website is a binding offer or a guarantee for a specific part. Articles and guides are educational and do not replace professional engineering advice for your application.

Quote Requests and Orders

• Quote requests are free and do not commit you to place an order.
• Every quotation is reviewed by our engineers based on the drawings, models and requirements you provide. Prices, lead times and validity are stated on the quotation itself.
• An order is accepted only when DEK confirms your purchase order in writing. The quotation, the order confirmation and the agreed drawings and specifications form the contract for that order, together with any separate agreement signed between you and DEK. If they conflict with these Terms, they prevail.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the drawings, models, revisions and requirements you send us. When information is missing or unclear, we will ask before going ahead.

Your Drawings and Intellectual Property

You keep full ownership of the drawings, models, specifications and other technical data you send us. You grant DEK the right to use them only to review your request, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to manufacture, inspect and deliver your parts. We keep them confidential, as described on our Confidentiality, NDA & IP Protection page, and we sign an NDA on request.

By sending files, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that producing the parts does not infringe the rights of a third party.

DEK Content

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content on the website belong to DEK or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Any other copying, republication or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Customer and certification logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Personal information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to Other Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and Disclaimer

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute about the website or these Terms will first be discussed in good faith; failing agreement, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Shenzhen, unless the contract for an order provides otherwise or mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The version published when you send a request applies to that request.
