Our Capabilities & Services
Precision Machining
DEK supply precision metal and plastic machining services.
By our strong custom machining capabilities, you can no longer have to source custom fabrication projects to multiple suppliers. We offer both vertical and horizontal machining services, these custom machining capabilities dovetail with our fabrication capacity, allowing us to produce what you need.
The services inculding: CNC Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Precision Grinding, Centerless Grinding, CNC Drilling, EDM, CNC Prototyping, etc.
Additive Manufacturing
DEK has a variety of cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies and machines to produce plastic and metal parts in a wide range of materials.
While traditional manufacturing has constraints and limitations, Additive Manufacturing enables freedom of shapes, forms, and quantity. And additive manufacturing processes can create parts rapidly impact product design and development time cycles, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
DEK’s additive manufacturing services including: 3D Printing, Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). These technologies build directly from CAD data, and are ideal for low to mid-volume production of metal and plastic components.
Vacuum Casting
VC (Vacuum Casting) is a widely used process in the rapid prototyping industry, typically used for making 20 to 40 pieces of functional prototypes out of a broad range of polyurethane resins available.
The process starts with the creation of an accurate and highly finished master model that can be created using various 3D printing techniques e.g. SLA, FDM, SLS, CNC, or existing part. This model is carefully placed in a mold box and liquid silicon rubber is poured over the master. After curing the silicon, mold is cut as per the split line established and the master model is removed, leaving an accurately formed cavity. Now, these mold cavities are used to cast a large variety of polyurethane or epoxy materials available. This allows fast production of high-quality parts in short lead-time. A broad range of polyurethanes with various physical properties enables the production of prototypes to more closely mimic the functional properties of engineering thermoplastics.
Ideal applications for vacuum casting include the production of plastic prototype parts, prosthetics and medical devices, automotive and aerospace parts, decorative objects, such as wall plaques or short-run custom ornaments, part integration, and function testing, and product marketing.
Plastic Molding
Plastic injection molding is the best way for mass production, DEK has a lot of equipment and the newest processes for injection molding.
Our injection presses range from 100 to 530 tons, allowing us to create all types of components and parts, including complex designs that require varying thickness, intricate detailing, and other customizations. Plus, we have a variety of plastics to choose from to best meet your needs and can even include additives for UV protection, anti-static coatings, and other more specific customization.
DEK’s plastic molding services including: Mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, product development, rapid tooling, etc.
Die Casting
Die casting is a great way for mass production metal parts.
The die casting process utilizes die molds that are injected with a high-pressure liquid metal to create parts, components, and custom products. The ability to produce a large number of products at a very low cost per unit is one of the biggest draws of custom dies casting. There is also a broad range of metal alloys that can be used within the die casting process, including aluminum, copper, magnesium, zinc, and other special die casting alloys.
DEK provides premium quality custom die casting services for your part, component, and product needs. The die casting process also allows for the creation of parts with complex shapes and unique tolerances. Our custom die-cast products can be created with very short leads, which allows for quicker customer turnaround times.
Metal Sheet Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication is the process of turning flat sheets of steel or aluminum into metal structures or products, by cutting, punching, folding, and assembling. Sheet metal can be cut, bent, or stretched into nearly any shape.
DEK provides a wide range of sheet metal fabrication services including: laser cutting, bending, shearing, rolling, punching, embossing, and Beading as well as CNC secondary machining. Our marriage of metal forming and close tolerance machining expertise provides for the highest quality at a competitive price. Our services are applied in Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, Consumer Products, Packaging, and General industry.

We Are Proud of High Quality
“Quality comes not from inspection, but from improvement of the production process.”
- To guarantee a homeostatic production environment and maintain the highest levels of specification and precision, all of our tools and machines are serviced one or more times per day for ensuring they are in the best working condition.
- Over ten quality control points have been employed throughout the manufacturing process, most of them are stricter than industry standards. Only end products that pass all of these control points are cleared for shipment.
This integrated approach to quality control means that our manufacturing process is the most efficient in the business, saving significant time and cost. That is one of our secrets for producing Grade-A products at Grade-C cost.
