Precision CNC Machining
DEK uses state-of-the-art precision 5-axis, lathe, and EDM equipment to produce semiconductor parts with high accuracy, surface finish, and complex geometries in more than 50 metals and plastics, including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and ceramics.
DEK produces tight-tolerance, cost-effective parts, including CMM, height gauge, roughness tester, film thickness tester, and other testing equipment, to ensure that components are manufactured in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring their safety and reliability.
Plastic Injection Molding
At DEK, we use engineering plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, UHMW-PE, and other plastics, combined with advanced technology, to manufacture complex plastic parts with high consistency and thin-walled, fine structures.
Our injection molding process is ideally suited for the cost-effective, high-volume production of semiconductor parts, including plastic package assemblies, connector and socket, housing and cover, insulating component and wafer cassette.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
At DEK, we have extensive experience in the manufacture of precision sheet metal parts, and we rapidly produce semiconductor sheet metal parts that are lightweight, strong and suitable for mass production of thin-walled parts.

Aluminum
At DEK, we specialize in machining various types of aluminum alloys including Aluminum 5052, Aluminum 6061, and Aluminum 7075.We manufacture aluminum semiconductor parts mainly connector, leadframe, device housing, heat sink, and vacuum chamber component.
Inconel
At DEK, we specialize in the machining of Inconel 600, Inconel 625 and Inconel 725. We manufacture high-temperature and corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy parts, including high-temperature reactor components, and sensor housing.
Stainless Steel
At DEK, we specialize in manufacturing stainless steel parts with high corrosion resistance and strength. The main types of stainless steel are SUS304, SUS316, and SUS430, and we manufacture high-quality semiconductor parts such as gas nozzles, vacuum seals, and electrode holders.
Titanium
At DEK, we primarily manufacture grade 2 titanium and grade 5 titanium. Our superb 5-axis machining produces high-precision, high-strength, corrosion-resistant semiconductor parts, including wafer-handling component, customized holder, reactor component, and vacuum component.
PTFE
At DEK, we use advanced technology and equipment to perfectly process Teflon parts that are chemically resistant, have a low coefficient of friction, and are resistant to high temperatures, including seal, insulating part, and sliding part.
PEEK
At DEK, we perfectly manufacture high-strength, high-rigidity, high-temperature and abrasion-resistant PEEK components, including wafer gripper, RF antenna holder, reactor part, mount and fixture.
