DEK Teams Visit Xi’an for Five-Day Trip to Celebrate Performance Breakthrough

In December 2024, DEK’s business, engineering, finance and HR teams traveled to Xi’an for a five-day trip. The program was arranged after the company reported a 320 percent increase in annual performance.

The purpose of the trip was simple. Colleagues took time away from routine work to relax, visit historical sites and enjoy informal conversations. The break offered space to recharge after a demanding year.

The activity also helped teams observe how their everyday cooperation supported steady project execution. It gave people a calm setting to reflect on shared progress without formal meetings.

The trip ended with a short group exchange about what the year meant to each department.
