Instant & Accurate Quotes

We will thoroughly review each drawing and provide accurate quotes.
CNC Machining Engineers

We don't use online automated quotation tools, because it is very inaccurate. Online quote platforms rely solely on calculations based on cutting amounts and fixed coefficients, they fail to account for actual processing nuances, such as material deformation after heat treatment, tight tolerance requirements, grinding after heat treatment, etc. Consequently, automated price calculations can lead to inaccuracies, ultimately increasing your costs.

But you can rest assured at DEK!

Our quotations are both cost-effective and accurate because we have a team of professional mechanical engineers who meticulously review each drawing. These engineers boast over 10 years of experience and possess deep expertise in programming, machine operation, post-processing, material properties, and more. TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW

Knowledge about 3D Printing

What is 3D Printing?

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing , is a rapid prototyping technology that uses a digital model file as the basis for constructing an object by printing layer by layer using a bondable material such as powdered metal or plastic.

3D printing is usually realized using digital technology material printers. As the technology continues to mature and the cost is reduced, 3D printing technology began to be widely used in various fields, including mold manufacturing, industrial design, fashion, construction, education, automotive, aerospace, medical industry.

The Process of 3D Printing Parts

  1. Use 3D modeling software to design a digital model of the part
  2. Export the STL file as the input file for the printer.
  3. Use slicing software to convert the STL file into a printer-recognizable G-code, and set the printing parameters.
  4. Select the appropriate printing material, prepare the machine to start printing
  5. After printing, carry out post-processing and quality inspection.
  6. Deliver the product to the customer and put it into practical use.

Advantages of 3D Printing

Highly Customizable: 3D printing technology can produce customized objects to meet consumers' individual needs at no additional cost.

Reduced Production Cycle and Rapid Prototyping:3D printing technology allows for the rapid conversion of design concepts, into physical models or prototypes, greatly reducing the product development cycle.

Complex Geometries: 3D printing technology makes objects by stacking materials layer by layer, making it easy to realize a variety of complex geometries.

Small Batch Production: 3D printing technology can manufacture different shapes of parts without the need for other equipment, molds, fixtures and other tools
