Spécialisation dans la fabrication Precision Drone Components

DEK focuses on customer needs, providing rapid prototyping (drone prototype), first-article production, and on-demand manufacturing services, achieving a 98% on-time delivery rate.
We offer over 30 types of lightweight, high-strength, and durable production-grade materials, including aerospace aluminum, titanium alloys, and composite materials. Additionally, we provide surface treatments such as anodizing, bead blasting, electroplating, and passivation to meet customers' requirements for drone functionality, reliability, and aesthetics.
We utilize 5-axis machines to process complex curved surfaces of propeller blades, ensuring precision meets project specifications. Our successful case studies include wing structural components, landing gear components, motor mounts, camera gimbals, and servo gears. We conduct precision inspections of produced parts using equipment and tools such as coordinate measuring machines, laser scanners, and hardness testers. Our pricing is competitive for small-batch production, and you can flexibly purchase by batch. Contact us for a quote!

Usinage CNC de précision
We specialize in 5-axis machining of complex geometries from aluminum alloys (7075, 6061), titanium alloys, carbon fiber composites, and high performance engineering polymers (PEEK and Ultem), including camera mounts, monocoque structures, complex propeller hubs and landing gear strut.
DEK supports high-mix, low-volume manufacturing of UAV parts. With an accuracy of ±0.005 mm, we offer production flexibility. Deliveries can be made in as little as 3-5 working days, with strict quality control of UAV parts, CMM testing and full material traceability to ISO standards.

Fabrication de tôles
DEK perfectly processes electronics enclosures, mounting plates, mounting brackets, internal frame plates, and access panels through advanced technologies such as bending and stamping. In medium and large volume production, we have absolute price advantage.
Materials we commonly process include: aluminum alloys (5052, 6061), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS301), carbon steel, galvanized steel, and titanium alloys. DEK also offers electroplating, powder coating, and other surface treatments to help you create products that combine light weight, quality, and specific functionality (shielding, heat dissipation).

Advanced 3D Printing
DEK's 3D printing service allows you to quickly test and iterate on UAV components, printing parts on demand and on-the-fly, especially suitable for low-volume production and spare parts supply.
Materials we offer include plastics such as PLA, ABS, PETG, PA, TPU, PC, PEEK, PEI; resins, metal powders and composite materials. Our success stories include prototype parts, custom sensor housings, propeller guards, landing gear, gimbal components, DIY drone frames, and vibration damping parts.

Moulage par injection
DEK is able to manufacture UAV parts with complex shapes, dimensional stability and consistent performance, especially for high volume, rapid production, low unit cost and scale manufacturing.
We offer a wide range of materials including PC, ABS, PA, TPU, POM and others. The resulting parts have good surface finishes and can be integrated. Our products include drone body, drone arms, landing gear, propellers, gimbal components, and antenna covers.

Matériaux
Matériaux Options

Aluminium
At DEK, we specialize in machining aerospace-grade aluminum materials, primarily including aluminum 2024, aluminum 6061, and aluminum 7075. We produce aluminum drone parts such as motor mounts, gimbal components, landing gear, heat sinks, connectors, and fasteners.

Titane
At DEK, we use Grade 1 titanium, Grade 5 titanium, and Grade 9 titanium as the primary materials for drone parts. Our advanced 5-axis machining enables us to produce durable drone parts with excellent fatigue resistance, including landing gear components, drone frames, fasteners and joints, rotor system components, and wing splices.

Magnésium
At DEK, we specialize in the precision machining of magnesium alloy parts, particularly for high-end drones and models with extreme endurance requirements. The drone parts we produce include body frames, engine components, gimbals and camera mounts, shells and housings, and battery enclosures.

Cuivre
At DEK, we specialize in machining copper alloys. Copper has excellent mechanical properties and machinability, and is often used in the manufacture of drone parts. Our success stories include motors, heat dissipation components, battery connectors, and busbars.

Carbon Fiber Composite
At DEK, our sophisticated manufacturing technology enables us to produce drone components with a high strength-to-weight ratio, high rigidity, and durability, including drone frames and arms, propeller blades, landing gear systems, and wing structures.

Fiberglass Composite
At DEK, our specialized composite manufacturing processes enable us to produce impact-resistant, structurally sound drone components, including fuselages, antenna covers and housings, landing gear components, and various internal support structures.

Thermoplastic Composites
At DEK, we use composite materials based on PEEK, PEKK, PEI (Ultem), or nylon to professionally process drone parts with outstanding impact strength, corrosion resistance, and complexity, including brackets and fixtures, complex shells, internal structural components, and specific fuselage components.

Silicone/Elastomers
At DEK, we use silicone or elastomers to professionally process drone parts with reliability, sealing, and durability, including landing gear pads, universal joint brackets, bearing seals, barometric pressure sensors, camera modules, and battery compartments.
