DEK utilizes multi-axis CNC lathes and live-tooling turning centers to ensure critical dimensions meet tolerance. Our thread gauges and high-pressure sealing tests guarantee functional performance. Surface treatments like passivation or anodizing are controlled per spec to prevent corrosion.
We support both prototyping and small-batch production, ensuring consistent quality with CMM inspection and process stability.

Our turning centers with live tooling handle external/internal threads like NPT, BSPP, UNF. Thread depths and minor diameters controlled by in-process gauging. Surface burrs removed with automated deburring tools.

Sealing bores are machined in one clamping to ensure coaxiality with threads. We monitor runout within 0.02mm using dial indicators and bore gauges.

We offer passivation, anodizing, and zinc-nickel plating for corrosion protection. All finishes adhere to ASTM or ISO standards with film thickness inspection.

O-ring grooves and flare seats machined to exact profiles. We apply custom groove tools and verify using optical comparators and depth gauges.

We machine 316 stainless, carbon steel, and plated brass with stable tool paths. Tool wear monitored with tool life management systems.
