Landing gear components demand strict dimensional accuracy, fatigue strength, and corrosion protection. Parts often feature deep bores, complex contours, and require tight fit to mating assemblies under high stress.
DEK uses multi-axis CNC machining, EDM for fine features, and multi-step heat treatment to ensure structural integrity. Titanium and 17-4PH materials are handled with dedicated tooling and low-deformation fixturing.
Critical dimensions are verified using CMMs, ultrasonic flaw detection, and bore gauges. We follow NADCAP-approved processes for coating, non-destructive testing, and documentation.

Landing gear arms and supports are milled with 5-axis equipment to ensure geometric transitions, hole alignment, and reduced part handling.

We machine Ti-6Al-4V, 17-4PH, and 300M using low-wear tooling, flood cooling, and optimized feeds. Each batch undergoes hardness and microstructure verification post-machining.

Bore alignment and concentricity are held within ±0.005mm. We use honing and bore gauges to achieve required fit tolerances for bearings and bushings.

Pre-machining and post-machining heat treatment for stress relief or hardening. We provide full documentation for every cycle per AMS standards.

Shot peening, anodizing, passivation, and cadmium plating available. All processes follow NADCAP or MIL-SPEC. Surface roughness inspected via profilometer.

A DEK fornece a precisão, a velocidade e o fabrico sem defeitos em que os engenheiros mecânicos confiam para as suas aplicações mais críticas.
