We follow a strict quality inspection process, which starts with a thorough inspection of the appearance, including whether the aluminum profile is deformed, surface finish, color and coating; then we use calipers, micrometers to check whether the external dimensions and wall thickness of the extruded parts are within the tolerance range.

Then use hardness tester, CMM, etc. to check the hardness of aluminum extrusions, surface roughness, 3D shapes and features of complex parts to ensure that the final product fully meets your specifications and quality requirements.
